Gin Masterclass

Enjoy a unique Gin Masterclass inside the brand new Botanical Gin Garden. Learn the fascinating history of gin and how it is made, learn the skills and techniques used in gin production, experience how the use of botanicals and expert technique affect the flavour and quality of the gin.

The masterclass will take you through a comprehensive and expert tasting of signature West Winds gins and botanicals as you sit among the fresh blooms and learn the skills to craft your own Gin Cocktails.
