Festival Postponed Information

The Perth Garden & Outdoor Living Festival regrets to advise that due to the risk presented to the public by the current Coronavirus disease(COVID-19) The Perth Garden & Outdoor Living Festival for 2020 has been postponed.

At this time we are not in a position to make a definite announcement on a new date. Until such time, we will post any updates and announcements to our Facebook page and Event website including details on obtaining on-line ticket refunds.

The Perth Garden & Outdoor Living Festival did not take this decision lightly and we urge everybody to take all the necessary precautions to stay healthy during these uncertain times.

All Perth Garden & Outdoor Living Festival ticket purchasers will receive full refunds from Monday 16 March.

ABOUT TICKET & ENTRY FEES.

1Will my ticket / entry fee be refunded.
Yes, refunds will begin to be processed as of Monday 16 March. The refund should appear within 3-7 business days. Please be patient and if it doesn't appear after 7 days please Email Us
2Where will the refund be sent?
Your refund will be processed back to the original card used to make the purchase.
3Can I get the refund sent somewhere else?
Unless the refund fails, it won't be processed to another card. If your refund does fail we will contact you directly with instructions on how to proceed.
4My card has expired or been cancelled - what happens?
First we will attempt to process refunds to the original card. If the card has expired and you have been issued with a new card it may still be accepted and redirected by your bank. If it is not accepted we will contact you directly with instructions on how to proceed.
5I bought tickets for multiple people, will I receive a refund for each ticket?
