Orchids are amazing plants. There are over 28,000 orchid species known, and more than 100,000 hybrids. With just a little knowledge, orchids can be surprisingly easy to grow. The Orchid Society of Western Australia has been helping West Australian orchid enthusiasts for over 80 years.

Our Society is interested in the culture, natural history, hybridisation, and conservation of all kinds of orchids. We love to share our expertise in orchid culture and our love of orchids with the public.
