The Sabre – London Dry Gin

40% ABV

The Original Gangster - The Sabre - is our unashamedly classic nod in the direction of old London town and its world-famous Dry Gin. Obviously, we’ve taken things up a notch in our own way with the addition of 12 Australian and imported botanicals, a healthy sprinkling of Lemon Myrtle and Wattleseed which mysteriously yet harmoniously blend with that traditional Juniper base.

Lemon / Lime, Juniper Berries, Coriander, Lemon Myrtle, Wattle Seed

The Cutlass – New World Gin

50% ABV

When your average gin just won’t cut it, reach for a heavier blade. The Cutlass is fashioned in our New World Style with Cinnamon Myrtle and Native Bush Tomato giving this gin a distinctive Australian voice. And that voice is saying “pour me into a glass…”

Lemon / Lime, Juniper Berries, Cinnamon Myrtle, Native Bush Tomato

The Broadside – Navy Strength Gin

58% ABV

All the nice girls love a sailor, so the saying goes, and in this case, a shot or two of our boldest drop - The Broadside - may convince the sweetest soul to throw caution to the (west) wind. This is a gin with firepower - and thanks to its bombastic balance of citrus and savoury elements, including Native Sea Parsley and a sprinkle of Margaret River Sea Water after distillation, it’s easy to see why it’s a must have for Gin connoisseurs worldwide!

Juniper Berries, Coriander, Bush Tomato, Sea Parsley, Margaret River Sea Water

The Pinque Rosé – Pink Gin

37.5% ABV

A gin which gets its girly blush from a delightful marriage of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, Strawberry Gum Leaves, Orange Peel and Vanilla Pods, our Pinque Rosé is the new definifion of summer done right. Also Pinque has nothing to do with the colour while we’re at it. It’s named after a very narrow 17th century sailing boat with a flat bottom. Life’s just a continual learning curve, isn’t it?

Juniper Berries, Strawberry Gum, Margaret River Cabernet, Rose Petal, Vanilla Bean, Orange Peel

Wild Plum – Flavoured Gin

39% ABV

This is what a pink gin would be if it had a dark side. You’ll spot native Davidson Plums and Sloe Berries and just a glimmer of sweetness thanks to Banksia Honey. It also happens to be Australia’s most awarded flavoured
